The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomas looks to land a combination but Carter avoids it well.
Thomas is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Thomas drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Thomas throws a left and a right that both miss
and Carter counters with a body kick that stops Thomas in his tracks momentarily.
Thomas loads up on a big right hand but Carter slips the punch.
Thomas takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Thomas throws a nice looking combination but Carter bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Carter with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Thomas lands a two punch combo.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Thomas moves away from the strike by Carter.
Carter lands with a nice body kick.
Thomas looks gassed!
Carter lands a big right hand that sends Thomas crashing to the mat! Carter stays standing though and waves Thomas back to his feet!
Thomas is rocked!
It looks like Gavin Thomas has been cut.
Carter lands with a nice body kick.
Thomas is still on wobbly legs! Can Carter finish him?
Carter circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Thomas tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Carter wins by KO!
