Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tsakig Movsesian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cael Sanderson Bot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Movsesian is looking to chop away at Bot's legs.

Bot clinches up with Movsesian and pushes him back against the cage.
Movsesian tries to pull guard but Bot holds him up against the cage and eventually Movsesian drops back down to his feet.
Bot has Movsesian pushed against the cage.
Bot tries a body shot but Movsesian blocks it.
Movsesian tries to pull guard but Bot won't allow it.
Movsesian jumps guard but Bot stands there with Movsesian around his waist. Movsesian gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Movsesian working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bot doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bot manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bot is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Bot stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Movsesian swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Movsesian is trying to control the position but Bot postures up.

Movsesian has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Bot is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Movsesian.
Bot is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Movsesian will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Movsesian is trying to control Bot's posture but Bot avoids it.
Movsesian regains half guard.
Bot really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Movsesian. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Bot looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Movsesian with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Movsesian has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bot is working away from the top position though.
Bot slips a nice elbow through Movsesian's hands, connecting with Movsesian's forehead.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Movsesian will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Bot wants to control from the top but Movsesian keeps moving.
Movsesian is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Cael Sanderson Bot hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Bot fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Movsesian is looking to score with low kicks.
Bot avoids a kick to the body.
Bot catches Movsesian with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Movsesian throws a leg kick but Bot sees it coming and moves out of range.
Movsesian lands a leg kick that knocks Bot off balance momentarily.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Movsesian wants to slow Bot down by chopping away at his legs.

and Bot counters with a straight right hand.
Movsesian throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Movsesian takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Bot throws a body punch but Movsesian moves out of range.

Bot closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Bot has picked Movsesian up - he's going for a ride! Bot dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bot wants to free his trapped foot but Movsesian is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Let's hope that Bot has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Bot tightens his grip and picks Movsesian up, before dumping him to the ground. Movsesian manages to land in guard.
Movsesian controls Bot momentarily but Bot frees himself.
Bot is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Movsesian wants to improve his position but instead Bot has moved into half guard.
Movsesian on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Cael Sanderson Bot is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Well, if Bot is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Well Bot has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
