Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tom Bader (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cael Sanderson Bot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tom Bader!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cael Sanderson Bot!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Cecil Peabody and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Bot throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Bot looking to score a takedown here. Bader is defending well but Bot drives through and ends up in Bader's guard.
Bader on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bader tries to get out of the position.

Bader has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bot can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Bot in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Bot trying to control the position from guard on top but Bader is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Bader looking for a guillotine here but Bot defends easily.
Bot scoring with some ground and pound.

Bot won't allow Bader to sweep him here.
Bot is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Bot trying to control but Bader is working from the bottom.

Bader looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Bot has picked Bader up and slammed him! Bader can't keep hold of the triangle and Bot manages to pass to side control!

Bot is trying to ground and pound but Bader uses the momentary lack of control by Bot to regain half guard.

Bader actively working from the bottom here.
Still in half guard, Bot seems content to control.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Bot throwing shots but Bader is blocking nicely.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Bot in particular looking to stall.

Bader looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Bot thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Bader's head.

Bot is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Bot working the head and body with strikes.
Bot throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bader is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Bot's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Bot's back!
Bot finds himself mounted whilst avoiding strikes.
Bot is trying to escape the mount.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bader unloads with some shots from mount but Bot bucks and avoids them well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Cael Sanderson Bot dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Bader stuffs the takedown attempt from Bot. Bot gets slowly back to his feet.
Bot lands a nice shot to the body.
Cael Sanderson Bot seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bader misses with a takedown attempt - Bot sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Bot misses the shot to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Bot. Bader does a little dance to reset his feet.

Bot shoots in and drives through. Bader sprawls well.
Bot slips under a jab.
Bader gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Bot counters with a takedown into side control.
Bader is looking to regain half guard here but Bot keeps moving and retains side control.
Bot cracks Bader with a big elbow.

Bot trying to control the action but Bader is working from the bottom.
Cael Sanderson Bot has got the better of the ground game so far.
Bader tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Bot wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Bot working the body and head with strikes.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Bot in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Bot tries to score with some ground and pound. Bader controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Bot is trying to ground and pound but Bader uses the momentary lack of control by Bot to regain half guard.
Bot is trying to control. Bader wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Ground and pound from Bot.
Bot slips a nice elbow through Bader's hands, connecting with Bader's forehead.
Bader regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Bot.

Bot pushing down on Bader's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Bot not landing any meaningful shots this time.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bot throwing shots but Bader is blocking nicely.
Bot throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Bader regains full guard. Nicely done.
Bader will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Bader has his foot on Bot's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bot works his way back into a safe position though.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Cael Sanderson Bot showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!



Bot scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Bot landing strikes.
Bot working the head and body with strikes.
Bader is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Bot advances to full mount.
Bader is bucking up trying to escape but Bot cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Bot wants to control but instead Bader manages to regain half guard.
Bot prevents Bader from improving his position.
Bot slips a nice elbow through Bader's hands, connecting with Bader's forehead.
Bot seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bader does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bot lands strikes from half guard.
Bot working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Bader looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Bot looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Bot wants to control but Bader is keeping him busy.
Bot controlling the pace.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bot with the ground and pound but Bader uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Bot sitting in guard, not really doing much.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Cael Sanderson Bot was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Bot misses with a series of wild punches.
Cael Sanderson Bot is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Bader keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bader avoids the body shot from Bot.
Bader has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Bot.
Bader tries to clinch
letting Bot counter with a right hand.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Bot fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bader manages to avoid it.
Bot motions for Bader to come forward. Bot throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

And that's the end of the fight!
Cael Sanderson Bot comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Bot has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3 rounds of action, we go to the scorecards for a decision.
