The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kolobnev avoids the head kick by Arona.
Kolobnev rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Arona moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Arona lands a big head kick that sends Kolobnev tumbling to the mat! Arona takes a step backwards and waves Kolobnev back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Kolobnev is rocked!

It looks like Igor Kolobnev has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kolobnev throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kolobnev is still on wobbly legs! Can Arona finish him?
Arona scores with a push kick.
Kolobnev looks gassed!
Arona lands with a nice body kick.
Arona throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Crunch! Arona slams his shin into Kolobnev's torso.
Kolobnev takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Arona and Kolobnev are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Arona throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Kolobnev into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Arona knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
