The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A decent looking body kick lands there for Gallo.
Gallo showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kiwes.
Kiwes throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Gallo sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Gallo - that will leave a mark!
Kiwes swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nice shot lands for Kiwes.
Kiwes misses with a few strikes there.
Kiwes looks to throw the jab but Gallo is out of range.
Gallo cracks Kiwes with a right hand to the side of the head.

It looks like Kirbo Kiwes has been cut.

A solid leg kick lands there for Gallo.
Kiwes looks gassed!
Gallo scores with a jab.
Kiwes misses with a straight left.
Kiwes blocks a head kick by Gallo.
Gallo throws a leg kick which misses Kiwes's front leg but catches the back leg as Kiwes tries to avoid it.
Gallo throws a front kick that sends Kiwes stumbling back into the cage.
Gallo throws a nice looking combination but Kiwes bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
The fighters circling - Kiwes throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Gallo darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Nice combo by Gallo! Oh, that's hurt him - Kiwes falls to the canvas and Gallo follows him into side control.

Kiwes is rocked!
Kiwes is looking for a sweep.
Kiwes is still in real trouble! Can Gallo finish him?
Kiwes is trying to buck Gallo off.

Gallo goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Kiwes rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Gallo's guard! Nice work there by Kiwes!
Kiwes seems to have recovered his senses.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kiwes gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Gallo clinches up with Kiwes and pushes him back against the cage.
Gallo throws a knee to the head but misses.
Kiwes wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Gallo tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Gallo misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Kiwes.
Gallo scores with a shot to the side of Kiwes's head.
Gallo prevents Kiwes from breaking the clinch.

Kiwes breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kiwes takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Kiwes throws a combination that misses
and Gallo counters with a low kick, right behind Kiwes 's knee.

Kiwes lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

and Gallo counters with a nice low kick that buckles Kiwes's knee momentarily.
Gallo is looking to clinch.
Gallo misses with a head kick.
Kiwes will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Gallo misses with a double jab
letting Kiwes counter with a right hand.
Kiwes throws a nice looking combination but Gallo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Gallo is looking to clinch.
Kiwes looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Gallo takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Gallo is rocked!
Kiwes shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Gallo takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Kiwes sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Gallo bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
