Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Pepsi Cola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Schofield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Schofield has chosen Linkin Park : The Catalyst as his entrance music. The key to victory for Pepsi Cola has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pepsi Cola!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Shane Schofield!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Paulsen Ambrosius and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Schofield shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Schofield stands up from half guard.
Schofield swats away the attempt to clinch by Cola.
Schofield circles away from the clinch attempt

and Schofield counters with a takedown into side control.
Schofield tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Schofield is trying to get an arm triangle but Cola is defending well.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Schofield wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Cola, who protects the arm well.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Schofield has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Cola tries to reverse the position but Schofield maintains control.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Schofield working for a guillotine from mount but Cola is in no mood to give up.

Schofield is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Cola to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Cola shrugs it off.
Cola is looking to improve his position but Schofield isn't that keen on the idea.

Schofield is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Cola really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Schofield fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Schofield tries to score a power double leg takedown but Cola sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Schofield somewhat.
Schofield looks gassed!
Cola tries to clinch there but Schofield circles away.
Cola lands with a thumping leg kick.
Cola scoring well with a low kick there.
Cola delivers a nice body kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Cola.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Cola is looking to slow Schofield down with leg kicks.

Cola lands a big head kick that sends Schofield tumbling to the mat! Cola takes a step backwards and waves Schofield back to his feet - he wants the finish!


Schofield is rocked!
Good leg kick by Cola there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Schofield is still on wobbly legs! Can Cola finish him?
Schofield is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Cola Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Schofield is out cold, face down on the mat!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Pepsi Cola!
