Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gigi Falcon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Islam Magomedgadzhiev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Islam Magomedgadzhiev was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magomedgadzhiev tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Magomedgadzhiev shoots in for a takedown but Falcon shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Falcon fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Magomedgadzhiev sprawls well initially but Falcon persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Falcon stands up and beckons Magomedgadzhiev to join him on the feet.

and Falcon holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Gigi Falcon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Islam Magomedgadzhiev.
Come on Falcon - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Magomedgadzhiev tries to pull guard but Falcon holds him up against the cage and eventually Magomedgadzhiev drops back down to his feet.
Magomedgadzhiev drops down looking for an ankle pick but Falcon pulls his leg out and moves away.

Magomedgadzhiev tries to sprawl but Falcon drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Falcon passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Magomedgadzhiev!

Falcon working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Magomedgadzhiev turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Falcon off and cradles Magomedgadzhiev's limp body as Falcon celebrates with his corner.
