The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berdusco uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Henderson.

Berdusco gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Henderson to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Henderson wants to pass the guard but Berdusco is keeping the position.
Berdusco throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Berdusco is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Berdusco has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Henderson's face.

It looks like Calum Henderson has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Berdusco breaks from Henderson's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Berdusco prevents Henderson from getting the reversal.
Berdusco with a couple of short strikes.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Henderson working to try and regain half guard.

Henderson is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Berdusco looking for a guillotine from mount but Henderson is having none of it.
Berdusco fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

That has opened up Calum Henderson's cut even more.
