PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Trent Severn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Silvu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Severn comes into the arena with White Zombie - Electric Head: The Extasy (Pt 2) blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Severn connects with a leg kick. Silvu looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Silvu tries to move into range but Severn moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Severn is looking to slow Silvu down with leg kicks.

Silvu gets caught napping as Severn dives in and scores a takedown. Silvu manages to retain guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Silvu is rocked!

Severn gets to his feet - Silvu follows without any prompting.
Silvu is still on wobbly legs! Can Severn finish him?
Silvu wants to land a leg kick but Severn is out of range.
Silvu looks to land a body kick but Severn moved away.
Silvu seems to have recovered his senses.
A bone on bone clash there as Severn blocks the leg kick.
Severn changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Silvu throws a sloppy head kick and Severn moves out of range easily.
Silvu looks gassed!
Severn lands with a shot to the body.
Anderson Silvu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Severn fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Silvu looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Severn ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Silvu stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Severn.

Severn cracks Silvu with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Severn has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Silvu to stand back up!
A slapping leg kick lands for Severn.
Severn thuds a left hand into Silvu's body.
Severn throws a nice outside leg kick.
Severn lands a nice leg kick that just misses Silvu's sensitive parts.

Severn with a dominant takedown and that's winded Silvu.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Severn stands up over Silvu, holding on to his feet. Severn throws the legs to one side and dives in with a huge shot that lands flush on the chin! Silvu is out cold! Severn lands a couple more shots and the ref tackles him out of the way! What a brutal finish!
