The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Jorge looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Jorge shoots in and bounces Arona off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Jorge is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jorge postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Arona in real trouble here! The ref calls for Arona to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
