The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mayhem tries to clinch up.

Mayhem throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Mayhem shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lee pinned against the cage. Lee gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Lee tries to work over Mayhem's front leg with a kick but Mayhem checks it.
Mayhem steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Lee. That one must have hurt.
Lee takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Mayhem crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Lee - the referee stops the clock and Mayhem gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Lee. Mayhem manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lee lands a leg kick that knocks Mayhem off balance momentarily.

Lee throws a one two combo.
Mayhem misses the shot to the body.

Lee moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Lee chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Lee dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Mayhem. That did some damage!

Lee lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Lee shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Lee leaves Mayhem with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Mayhem is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Mayhem has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Lee.
