The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pushkar closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Emelia's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Pushkar forces his way into half guard.
Pushkar looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Emelia tries to get to full guard but Pushkar has control of the leg.
Pushkar content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Pushkar lands with a punch from half guard.
Pushkar will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Pushkar winds up and cracks Emelia with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
