Sirovica comes to the cage accompanied by last mohacian. Bong has chosen Bite Marks - Screeching Weasel as his entrance music. Billa Bong has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Vedin Sirovica's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bong keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bong accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bong postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Sirovica escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bong gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sirovica wants to stand up but Bong is controlling him.
Sirovica not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Bong must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Bong drops back looking for a leg! Sirovica is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sirovica manages to kick Bong off! Bong jumps back into Sirovica's guard.
Bong loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Bong passes Sirovica's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Bong slips a nice elbow through Sirovica's hands, connecting with Sirovica's forehead.

Sirovica kicks off Bong and gets to his feet.
Sirovica lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

It looks like Billa Bong has been cut.

and Bong counters with a takedown into side control.
Sirovica is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bong lands a strong strike to the head of Sirovica. That's dazed him! Bong looking to finish here. Sirovica is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Bong lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
