Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Chaney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Murphy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Murphy has chosen Big pimpin Jay-Z as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chaney throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Murphy stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Murphy swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Chaney punishes Murphy's body with a nice straight punch.

Murphy takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Murphy takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Chaney throws a lazy right hand but Murphy sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Murphy throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Chaney.

Chaney lands with an uppercut that bounces Murphy off the ropes and back into range.

Murphy ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Chaney moves away.
Chaney ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A punch lands to the side of Murphy 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Chaney fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Murphy is still on wobbly legs! Can Chaney finish him?
Murphy is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Chaney doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Murphy crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Murphy's bad books for that mishap!

Ivan Chaney decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
