The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zaharn connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Dance momentarily.
Zaharn throws a head kick that misses.
Zaharn takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

It looks like Ray Zaharn has been cut.
Zaharn shoots in for a takedown but Dance shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Zaharn shoots in looking for a takedown but Dance manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Zaharn's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Dance ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Dance connects with a crisp jab.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Zaharn closes the distance and clinches up with Dance, looking for a takedown. Zaharn pushes Dance against the cage but Dance circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Samuel Dance has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ray Zaharn.
Dance connects with a jab.
Dance changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Dance digs a good hook to Zaharn's body.
Zaharn looks gassed!

Zaharn is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Dance doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Zaharn crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Zaharn's bad books for that mishap!
