Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Myint Htaike (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chance Hyun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Htaike doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Hyun counters with an outside leg kick.
Htaike ducks under a wild hook from Hyun.
Hyun throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Htaike shoots for a takedown but Hyun saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Nice body kick from Hyun.
Hyun tries to bum rush Htaike with a series of wild strikes but Htaike uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Hyun throws a head kick that misses.
Hyun swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hyun falls off balance throwing a combination
and Htaike counters with a nice body shot.
Hyun fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Htaike manages to avoid it.
Chance Hyun seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A head kick misses from Hyun.
Hyun throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Htaike.
Htaike misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hyun slips under a jab from Htaike.
Htaike shoots in looking for a takedown. Hyun tries to sprawl out of it but Htaike keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hyun manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

A looping hook to the body misses from Hyun. Htaike does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hyun throws a head kick but Htaike moves out of range.
Hyun loads up on a big right hand but Htaike slips the punch.
Hyun lands with an uppercut that bounces Htaike off the cage and back into range.
Hyun throws a nice looking combination but Htaike bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Hyun misses with a double jab.
Htaike tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hyun swivels and escapes.
Hyun throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Hyun throws a sloppy head kick and Htaike moves out of range easily.
Htaike changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hyun tries to avoid it but Htaike manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hyun to the ground. Hyun escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hyun throws a series of strikes that have Htaike backpedaling.

It looks like Myint Htaike has been cut.
Hyun throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Htaike.
Hyun leaves Htaike with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Hyun throws a head kick but Htaike moves out of range.

Htaike shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hyun wants to get back to his feet.
Htaike is trying to control the action in half guard but Hyun is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Hyun wants to control but Htaike is keeping busy.
Htaike wants to pass to mount but Hyun is defending the position.

Hyun had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Htaike defends it easily.
Htaike trying to control the position from guard on top but Hyun is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Htaike throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hyun works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Htaike throws and elbow that misses. Hyun uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Htaike's guard. Nice move by Hyun!
Htaike is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Hyun content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Htaike has locked up a guillotine! Htaike's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Hyun is holding on here and Htaike must be using up a lot of energy. Hyun has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Htaike gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
