Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gracie Ibarra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wayne Cyborg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ibarra shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Cyborg pinned against the cage. Cyborg gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Ibarra scores with a body shot.
Cyborg should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Cyborg pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ibarra connects with a high kick.
Cyborg tries to clinch but Ibarra moves out of range.
Ibarra scores with a hook to the body. Cyborg takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Ibarra shoots in but Cyborg avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Ibarra can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Cyborg controls the pace.
Cyborg tries to free his leg and advance position but Ibarra is retaining full guard.

Ibarra working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cyborg doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Cyborg manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Cyborg avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Ibarra takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Ibarra is looking to regain half guard here but Cyborg keeps moving and retains side control.
Cyborg scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Ibarra to see if he's OK.
Ibarra tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Cyborg wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Ibarra tries to bench press Cyborg off him but Cyborg keeps the position.
Ibarra is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Cyborg is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

Cyborg really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ibarra. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Ibarra is pressing down on Cyborg's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Ibarra manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Cyborg manages to get himself to full guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ibarra slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Ibarra is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Cyborg is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
You can see the frustration on Cyborg's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Cyborg manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Ibarra wants to sweep but Cyborg has passed to side control!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Ibarra is looking to reverse the position.
Ibarra prevents Cyborg from improving position.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Cyborg just misses with a punch to the body.

Ibarra gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Ibarra manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Cyborg is looking to improve his position but Ibarra isn't that keen on the idea.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Ibarra with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Cyborg wants to control but Ibarra is having none of it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Wayne Cyborg will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Ibarra gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Cyborg wants to control from the top but Ibarra keeps moving.
Cyborg stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ibarra swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Ibarra will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Ibarra has his feet on Cyborg's thighs here. He's pushed Cyborg off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Cyborg screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
