Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jean Martin Le Corre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dietrich Wolfen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dietrich Wolfen will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jean Martin Le Corre!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dietrich Wolfen!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Yves DeLean and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Le Corre lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Wolfen slips a straight right by Le Corre.

Wolfen moves into the clinch.
Le Corre misses with a punch to the body.
Wolfen taking a breather.
Le Corre trying to control the position but instead, Wolfen has worked for underhooks and has pushed Le Corre into the cage.
Wolfen works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Le Corre looking for a takedown.
Wolfen stalling against the cage.
Wolfen continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.
Wolfen stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Le Corre's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.

Wolfen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Le Corre drives through with a takedown into Wolfen's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Le Corre wants to control from the top but Wolfen keeps moving.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jean Martin Le Corre.
Wolfen avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Wolfen needs to keep his hands up - Le Corre had a free shot at his head there.

Wolfen rushes Le Corre and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Le Corre is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Wolfen lands a left hand that snaps the head of Le Corre backwards.

Le Corre is looking to control Wolfen's arms but Wolfen gets an underhook and turns him. Now Le Corre has his back to the cage.

Wolfen breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Dietrich Wolfen is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Wolfen throws a series of punches but Le Corre moves out of range.
Wolfen uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Le Corre.

Le Corre shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Wolfen napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Le Corre is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Wolfen is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Le Corre tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Le Corre has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Le Corre working the ground and pound but Wolfen is defending the strikes.
Wolfen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Le Corre. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Wolfen striking from the bottom but nothing landed.
Le Corre throws a strike aimed at the side of Wolfen's head but Wolfen avoids it well.
Wolfen is not content to let Le Corre control the position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Jean Martin Le Corre will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


Wolfen takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Le Corre tries a body shot but Wolfen blocks it.
Le Corre is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Wolfen is keeping busy.
Still in the clinch, Wolfen scores with a nice short uppercut.

Wolfen receives a warning from the referee for stalling.

Wolfen escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jean Martin Le Corre seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wolfen lands with a right hand.
Le Corre is trying hard to land a takedown here. Wolfen sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Le Corre stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Le Corre uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Wolfen has time to react.

Le Corre drops down looking for an ankle pick but Wolfen pulls his leg out and moves away.
Wolfen defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Le Corre.

Le Corre tries to score a power double leg takedown but Wolfen sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Le Corre somewhat.

Le Corre looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wolfen is fending him off so far but Le Corre persists. Nope, Wolfen circles away and we're back to standing.
Le Corre moves out of range as Wolfen strikes.

Le Corre shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Wolfen as he avoids it easily.
Le Corre shoots for a double leg takedown but Wolfen sprawls well. He's pushed Le Corre's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Wolfen throws a hook but Le Corre blocks it.
Wolfen ducks under a wild hook from Le Corre.
Wolfen tries to clinch up but Le Corre circles away and keeps his distance.

Le Corre feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Wolfens jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Le Corre.
Wolfen is trying to improve his position.

Le Corre is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Wolfen has escaped the position, nice work there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Dietrich Wolfen will probably get the nod - 10:9.
That's time! Back to the action! And we move into the final round!


Wolfen tries to clinch but Le Corre moves out of range.
Le Corre shoots in and drives through. Wolfen sprawls well.
Wolfen misses with an uppercut. Le Corre saw that one coming.
Wolfen is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Le Corre.

Le Corre closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Le Corre has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Le Corre wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Wolfen, who protects the arm well.

Le Corre is trying to get an arm triangle but Wolfen is defending well.
Wolfen can't do much from the bottom here.

Wolfen tries to improve position but can't.
Le Corre sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Wolfen is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
A lull in the action here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Le Corre throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

Le Corre is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Wolfen looks calm but he's in trouble here. Le Corre gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Wolfen is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Le Corre lets go of the hold and Wolfen can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:03 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Jean Martin Le Corre!
