Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between James Madison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wea Sel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Madison fails to land the takedown.
Madison shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sel as he jumps to the side.
Madison fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Sel avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for James Madison. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sel throws a sloppy head kick and Madison moves out of range easily.
Madison fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Sel looks to land a body kick but Madison moved away.
Madison takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Sel throws a push kick but Madison slaps the foot to one side.
Sel throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.

Madison throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Sel was covering up waiting for the punch and Madison finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sel looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Madison thows a big elbow that misses.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Sel has his foot on Madison's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Madison works his way back into a safe position though.

Sel escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Madison gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Madison makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Sel is trying to control the position but Madison postures up.
Madison is looking to work some ground and pound but Sel has wrist control.
Madison throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Madison postures up in Sel's guard and throws a big left but Sel blocks it.

Sel is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Madison defends well.
Sel keeping moving, preventing Madison from controlling successfully.
Madison missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Madison avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Madison thows a big elbow that misses.

Sel has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Madison doesn't defend quickly enough and Sel has managed to lock this one up! Can Madison escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Sel on a fantastic submission victory.
