Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Crash Kaboom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Schofield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Schofield is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Linkin Park : The Catalyst. Shane Schofield has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kaboom closes the distance and pushes Schofield back into the ropes.
With the fighters up against the ropes, Kaboom throws an elbow but misses.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Kaboom with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Schofield takes a knee right on the jaw!
Kaboom landing knees to the body.
Schofield is trying to break free.

Schofield jumps into guard, dragging Kaboom to the mat.
Schofield looking for a sweep. Not yet Schofield, not yet.
Kaboom trying to control but Schofield is working from the bottom.

Schofield looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kaboom wants to get up but he can't break Schofield's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Schofield has his foot on Kaboom's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kaboom works his way back into a safe position though.
Kaboom slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Kaboom avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Schofield is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Kaboom is aware though and is defending well.

Kaboom has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Schofield to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Kaboom is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Schofield pulls down on the head and he's put Kaboom to sleep! This one is all over!
