Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Big Nasty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Finley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, John Kavanagh and David Schapiro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Finley.
Nasty tries to clinch but Finley is having none of it.

Nasty bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Finley drops back looking for a leg! Nasty is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Nasty manages to kick Finley off! Finley jumps back into Nasty's guard.

Finley is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Finley seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Finley throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Nasty works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Finley drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Nasty dives on top into guard.

Finley tries to close the distance and clinch up but Nasty swats him away and circles back towards the center.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Nasty shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Finley as he avoids it easily.

Finley leaves Nasty with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Nasty shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Finley sprawls well. Finley wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Nasty gets slowly back to his feet.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Nasty's corner calls for a 1-2. Nasty obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Nice sprawl there from Finley as Nasty shoots in.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Finley avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Big Nasty.
I think Nasty has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
