Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Inoki slaps away a takedown attempt from Mouse, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Mouse closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Inoki to the mat! Inoki manages to get full guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Mouse stands up over Inoki, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Inoki looking for a guillotine here but Mouse defends easily.
Inoki keeping moving, preventing Mouse from controlling successfully.
Mouse working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Mouse postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Mouse makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Inoki tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Mouse stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Inoki throws a sloppy head kick and Mouse moves out of range easily.
Inoki connects with a good right hand that stumbles Mouse. Mouse circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Inoki gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Inoki is breathing heavily.
Mouse passes Inoki's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mouse is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Inoki!

Oooh a big shot lands for Mouse! Inoki is out! The ref dives in to save him from more punishment!
