The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Wagner Zegers and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krawczyk shoots for a takedown but Pap saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Krawczyk on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Krawczyk is looking to clinch but Pap is avoiding it.
Krawczyk tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pap swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Pap lands a head kick. Krawczyk smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Krawczyk swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Krawczyk rushes Pap and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Pap's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Pap throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Krawczyk tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
A left lands for Pap.
Pap moves into the clinch successfully.

Pap rushes Krawczyk and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Pap breaks the clinch.
Krawczyk forces Pap back against the cage and clinches.
Pap with an attempt at a knee that misses.

Pap pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Krawczyk throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Pap closes the distance and clinches.
Pap breaks the clinch.
Nice takedown defense from Pap. No joy for Krawczyk on that attempt.
Pap lands with a kick to the temple. Krawczyk shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Pap moves into the clinch.
Pap wants to break free but Krawczyk has control.

Krawczyk dives in and grabs Pap's left leg, looking for a takedown. Pap pushes down on Krawczyk's head and hops out.
Ferenc Pap has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pawel Krawczyk.

Pap tries to clinch but Krawczyk is having none of it.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
