Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Cottoneye Joe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Beter Puckley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joe comes into the arena with Cottoneye Joe blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Puckley with a nice cross.

It looks like Cottoneye Joe has been cut.
Joe moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Beter Puckley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Joe takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Puckley throws a leg kick that misses.
Puckley throws an overhand right that lands on Joe's shoulder, as Joe tries to avoid the shot.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Puckley fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Joe, pushing him back against the cage.
Joe is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Puckley pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Joe has Puckley pressed against the cage, preventing Puckley from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Joe tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Puckley smiles and moves away.
Nice defenses there by Joe.
Puckley tries to clinch there but Joe circles away.
Joe shoots in looking for a takedown but Puckley manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Joe's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cottoneye Joe. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A head kick misses from Puckley.
Joe shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Puckley as he jumps to the side.

Puckley tries to break free but Joe pushes him back against the cage.
Joe jumps guard but Puckley stands there with Joe around his waist. Joe gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Joe is breathing heavily.
Puckley wants to break free but Joe has control.
Puckley tries to break free but Joe pushes him back against the cage.
Joe lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Puckley wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Puckley prevents the takedown attempt.
Joe fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Joe decides to pull guard.

Puckley decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Joe, up you get!
Puckley misses with an uppercut.

Puckley connects with a jab.

Joe is rocked!
Puckley moves in close and cracks Joe with a massive right hand! Joe, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Puckley!
