The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruud tries a head kick but it misses.
Walker shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ruud pinned against the cage. Ruud gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Ruud throws a head kick that misses.
Walker tries to clinch but Ruud moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ruud looks to land a combination but Walker avoids it well.

Ruud lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Walker circles away quickly and effectively.

Ruud throws a nice looking combination but Walker bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Ruud fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Walker looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Ruud works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Ruud misses with a head kick.
Sloppy strikes from Ruud. Those never looked like landing.
Ruud throws a head kick but Walker moves out of range.
Ruud stuffs the takedown attempt from Walker. Walker gets slowly back to his feet.

and Ruud counters with a thumping low kick.
Walker avoids the head kick by Ruud.
Ruud connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Walker to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Ruud!
