Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Billy Moore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taichi Heleno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moore's entrance music is Funeral Thirst. A fine choice. Heleno is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: weird Japanese music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heleno feints and then cracks Moore's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Moore down.
Moore throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Heleno is looking to score with low kicks.
Moore throws a body punch but Heleno moves out of range.
Heleno goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Moore checks the leg kick.
Heleno wants to land a leg kick but Moore is out of range.
Moore shoots for a double leg takedown but Heleno sprawls well. He's pushed Moore's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Heleno throws a low kick but Moore avoids it.
Heleno moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Heleno throws a leg kick but Moore moved away.
Moore takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Heleno tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Moore is able to avoid easily.
Moore lands an overhand right.
Moore shoots in looking for a takedown. Heleno tries to sprawl out of it but Moore keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Heleno manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Heleno throws a leg kick but Moore sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Moore stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Heleno.

Moore gets the takedown into side control.
You can see the frustration on Heleno's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Heleno avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Moore.
Moore wants to lay and pray for a moment but Heleno keeps working.
Heleno can't do much from the bottom here.

Heleno is looking to reverse the position.

Moore tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Moore has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Moore cracks Heleno with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Moore is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Heleno is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Moore grinds an elbow into Heleno's temple.

Moore is working Heleno over with some ground and pound from side control.
Moore throws a strike aimed at the side of Heleno's head but Heleno avoids it well.
Heleno tries to buck Moore off but Moore is having none of it.
Moore tries to score with some ground and pound. Heleno controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Moore trying to control the position but Heleno is working away.
Moore looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Heleno is avoiding damage well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Moore misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Moore fails to land a wild elbow strike.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Moore has an Americana. Heleno didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Moore is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Moore hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
