Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thiago Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Genesuis Silverkush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A right-left combo lands from Silverkush.
Silva misses with a takedown attempt - Silverkush sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Silva had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Silverkush is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Silva Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Silverkush's back instead.

Silva cracks Silverkush with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Silverkush from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Thiago Silva.
