Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Busta Rhymes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Herer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rhymes comes to the cage accompanied by Winter Warz. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Herer closes the distance and clinches.
Herer tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Rhymes is looking to break free of the clinch but Herer has double underhooks.
Rhymes blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Herer dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.

Busta Rhymes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A nice inside leg kick there by Rhymes. That's going to slow Herer down.
Rhymes feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Herers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Herer takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Rhymes.
Rhymes takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Herer misses with a low kick.
Herer punishes Rhymes's body with a nice straight punch.

A jab from Rhymes does it's job there.
Rhymes throws a leg kick but Herer sees it coming and moves out of range.
Rhymes lunges at Herer with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Herer's hand.
Rhymes ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Herer moves away.
Rhymes checks a low kick from Herer.
Herer plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Rhymes misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Nice uppercut lands for Rhymes. That snapped Herer's head back.
Rhymes misses with a kick to the body.
Herer throws out a leg kick but Rhymes moves out of range and Herer only half commits.
Herer throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Herer looks to score with a jab to the body but Rhymes is just out of range.
Rhymes lands with a nice combination. Herer backs away looking to recover.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Herer throws a nice inside leg kick.
Rhymes throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Herer thows a body shot but no joy.
Herer thows a leg kick but Rhymes checks it
and Rhymes counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Herer takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
A thudding body kick lands there by Herer!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
A bone on bone clash there as Rhymes blocks the leg kick.
Herer takes one to the side of the head.
Herer misses with a head kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Jack Herer will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Herer lands a head kick. Rhymes smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Herer struggles to land a body shot inside as Rhymes controls his hands.
Rhymes has had enough of the clinch but Herer keeps him there for the moment.
Herer throws a punch but it's blocked by Rhymes.

Rhymes has Herer pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Rhymes pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Herer tumbling to the mat - Rhymes dives into Herer's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Rhymes working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Herer's head.

Rhymes advances to half guard.
Herer is trying to maintain the position but Rhymes is very close to passing his half guard.
Herer keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Rhymes slips a nice elbow through Herer's hands, connecting with Herer's forehead.
Rhymes throwing shots but Herer is blocking nicely.
Rhymes is trying to control. Herer wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Rhymes lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Herer quite badly. Herer pulls Rhymes in close trying to recover. Rhymes postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Herer on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Herer doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
