The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cross gets tackled into the cage by Hakkarainen. Hakkarainen maintains the clinch.
Still in the clinch, Hakkarainen scores with a nice short uppercut.
Hakkarainen pushes Cross back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Hakkarainen lands a nice uppercut.
Hakkarainen can't find room to land a body shot as Cross controls the action.
Hakkarainen misses with a hook to the ribs.

Hakkarainen breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Hakkarainen drops Cross with a beautiful combination! Cross stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Hakkarainen is looking for the KO!

It looks like Damon Cross has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Hakkarainen gets a clinch.
Oh Cross is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A left hand lands to the body for Hakkarainen.
Hakkarainen creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Cross with a big uppercut! Cross tries to clinch up but Hakkarainen pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Cross to the mat! Cross covers up and Hakkarainen unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
