Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brandon Farnhook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson has chosen Remember the name as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson fails with a takedown attempt.
No joy there for Farnhook, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jackson blocks a jab.
Farnhook misses with a wild body shot.
Jackson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Jackson shoots in but no luck this time.
Brandon Farnhook has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tim Jackson.
Farnhook tries to clinch but Jackson moves out of range.
Farnhook wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Jackson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Farnhook but Farnhook pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Jackson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Farnhook tries to avoid it but Jackson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Farnhook to the ground. Farnhook escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Jackson fails with a takedown attempt.
Jackson takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Farnhook thows a body shot but no joy.
Jackson shoots in looking for a takedown. Farnhook tries to sprawl out of it but Jackson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Farnhook manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Nice uppercut lands for Farnhook. That snapped Jackson's head back.
Jackson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Farnhook swivels and escapes.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Farnhook tries to close the distance and clinch but Jackson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Farnhook lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Jackson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Farnhook's waist but Farnhook gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jackson off to one side.
Brandon Farnhook seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Farnhook throws a good cross that connects.
Jackson shoots in for a takedown but Farnhook shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Jackson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Farnhook sprawls well. Farnhook wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jackson gets slowly back to his feet.

Jackson takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Jackson swats away the attempt to clinch by Farnhook.

Jackson is trying desperately to land a takedown but Farnhook is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Jackson.

Farnhook throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Farnhook rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jackson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Farnhook takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Farnhook throws a series of strikes that have Jackson backpedaling.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Jackson is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Farnhook is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Jackson has an Americana. Farnhook didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Jackson is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Jackson hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
