The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bruens looking to score a takedown here. Luciano is defending well but Bruens drives through and ends up in Luciano's guard.

Luciano scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Bruens loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Luciano scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Bruens land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Bruens stands and salutes the crowd.
