Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dyltsta Tahere (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Tobolowsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tahere comes to the cage accompanied by blood nigga. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Dyltsta Tahere!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Steve Tobolowsky!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tahere misses with a takedown attempt - Tobolowsky sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Tahere closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Tobolowsky's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tahere seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Tobolowsky enables Tahere to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Tobolowsky manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Tahere has gone for a leg lock! Tobolowsky slips out almost immediately though and dives into Tahere's guard.

Tobolowsky stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tahere swivels though and keeps the full guard.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Tahere had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Tobolowsky defends it easily.

Tobolowsky got a little sloppy there for a moment and Tahere has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tobolowsky has managed to get both his arms back between Tahere's legs - danger averted.

That was a close round but I would say that Dyltsta Tahere will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Tahere is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Tahere feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
