Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Medvedov moves in looking to clinch but Langhi pushes him off.
Karp Medvedov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Langhi throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Medvedov falls off balance throwing a combination

and Langhi counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Michael Langhi hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Medvedov takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Langhi connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Medvedov tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Langhi manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Langhi is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Medvedov can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
