Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Mauricio Rocha and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Zorin.
Gracie scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Gracie punishes Zorin's body with a nice straight punch.
Zorin misses the jab.

and Gracie counters with a stiff right hand.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Zorin, as that shot connected.
Gracie fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Zorin manages to avoid it.
Zorin shoots for a double leg takedown but Gracie sprawls well. He's pushed Zorin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Zorin throws an off balance right hand
and Gracie counters with a straight right hand.
Gracie rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Zorin moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Gracie will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Gracie avoids a punch combination nicely.
Zorin misses with a lunging right hand
and Gracie counters with a lovely straight right hand!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Zorin closes the distance and clinches up with Gracie, looking for a takedown. Zorin pushes Gracie against the cage but Gracie circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Rickson Gracie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Max Zorin.

Zorin throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gracie's waist but Gracie gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Zorin off to one side.
Gracie goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Rickson Gracie is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Zorin checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Zorin throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Gracie sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Zorin throws a looping overhand right but Gracie ducks down to avoid it.

Zorin with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Gracie to score with a decent uppercut.
Gracie scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Gracie throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Zorin looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Gracie is fending him off so far but Zorin persists. Nope, Gracie circles away and we're back to standing.

A looping hook to the body misses from Zorin. Gracie does a little dance to reset his feet.

Gracie is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

and Gracie counters with a nice body shot.
Gracie swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Zorin.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gracie tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Zorin.
Gracie feints a jab promting Zorin to slip. Gracie then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Zorin slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Gracie lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Zorin circles away quickly and effectively.

Zorin needs to keep his hands up - Gracie had a free shot at his head there.
Zorin throws a lazy right hand but Gracie sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
