Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Larkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonny Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Larkin comes to the cage accompanied by I'm Shipping Up To Boston. Hunt has chosen Ace of Spades by Motorhead as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Larkin instigates a clinch.
Larkin lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Hunt backwards.
Larkin goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Hunt escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hunt jabs Larkin to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Ryan Larkin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Larkin lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hunt has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hunt and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ryan Larkin.
