Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between DJ Dee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Hinuri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). DJ Dee has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, DJ Dee!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Hinuri!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hinuri shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Dee napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Dee misses with a strike from the bottom.
Hinuri controls the position from side control.
Hinuri is trying to move to mount but Dee reverses beautifully and ends up in Hinuri's guard.
Dee knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hinuri on the ground.
Hinuri controlling Dee's posture.
Hinuri wants to sweep but no luck.
Hinuri manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Dee manages to get himself to full guard.
Dee will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hinuri is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Dee working for a triangle but Hinuri defends it easily.
Dee looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Hinuri slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Dee escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hinuri gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hinuri sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Let's hope that Hinuri has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Hinuri stands up from Dee's guard - Hinuri perhaps looking for a knockout.
Dee shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Hinuri moves into the clinch.
Dee really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Hinuri controlling the action here for a moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
A body shot lands from Hinuri.
Hinuri pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Hinuri lands a jab-cross combination.
Hinuri scores with a three punch combo!
Dee is breathing heavily.
The fighters circle momentarily. Hinuri darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Nice body punch from Hinuri.
Hinuri lets loose with a powerful body kick. Dee will feel that in the morning.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dee on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Hinuri. Hinuri obviously looking to wear him down.
Hinuri scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hinuri closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Dee quickly recovers to half guard.
Hinuri works his way into side control.
Hinuri has hold of Dee's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Dee tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Hinuri cranks the arm and Dee screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Dee, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Jack Hinuri!
