Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Koyasako (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richard Tavarius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tavarius has chosen Eminem Ft. Royce Da 5'9 - Living Proof as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tavarius throws a low kick but Koyasako avoids it.
Tavarius swings for the body but Koyasako moves out of range.
Tavarius swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Tavarius attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Tavarius throws a chopping leg kick but Koyasako manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Tavarius has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Koyasako.
Koyasako jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Tavarius ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Tavarius finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Koyasako scores with a crisp jab that stopped Tavarius in his tracks.
Tavarius moves in looking to clinch but Koyasako pushes him off.
Koyasako throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Tavarius stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Tavarius slips a jab and a cross from Koyasako.
Koyasako lands a lovely overhand right.
Koyasako uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Tavarius.
Koyasako misses with a head kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tavarius thows a left - swing and a miss!
A low kick from Tavarius misses
and Koyasako counters with a nice uppercut.
Tavarius uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Koyasako.
A nice inside leg kick there by Koyasako. That's going to slow Tavarius down.
A looping hook to the body misses from Tavarius. Koyasako does a little dance to reset his feet.
Tavarius wants to slow Koyasako down by chopping away at his legs.
Tavarius lands with a hook. Koyasako tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Koyasako swinging wildly here.
Koyasako swings for the body but Tavarius moves out of range.
Koyasako misses with a looping right.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Koyasako.
Koyasako throws a right hand that Tavarius ducks under and follows up with a left that Tavarius also avoids with ease.
Tavarius throws a low kick, looking for Koyasako's leg but Koyasako calmly moves out of range.

Koyasako looks for the body kick but Tavarius saw that one coming.
Tavarius lands a lovely overhand right.
It looks like Tommy Koyasako has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Tavarius doesn't manage to clinch there - Koyasako circles away.
Tavarius swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Koyasako.
Koyasako misses with a left hand
and Tavarius counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
An inside leg kick from Tavarius misses.
Tavarius tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Koyasako manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Tavarius jabs Koyasako to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Koyasako is breathing heavily.
Koyasako bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Koyasako checks a leg kick.
Tavarius paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Tavarius ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Tavarius. Koyasako does a little dance to reset his feet.
Tavarius looks to land a left hand but Koyasako moved out of range nicely.

Tavarius throws a leg kick but Koyasako moved away.
Tavarius lands a glancing blow to the side of Koyasako's head.
Tavarius throws a hook to the side of Koyasako's head but Koyasako sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Tavarius misses with a low kick.
Tavarius takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Koyasako tries to move into range but Tavarius moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Tavarius takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Koyasako is rocked!
Tavarius measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Koyasako! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Richard Tavarius!
