Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mac Gyver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Furcal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mac Gyver!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mike Furcal!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gyver moves into the clinch successfully.
Gyver throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Furcal blocks it with crossed arms.
Gyver lands a good knee to the midsection. Furcal won't want to take too many of those.

Furcal's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Furcal fails with a takedown attempt.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Furcal.
Furcal blocks a jab.
Gyver tries to clinch up but Furcal circles away and keeps his distance.

Furcal swats away the attempt to clinch by Gyver.

Gyver moves into the clinch.

Furcal wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Furcal is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Furcal looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Gyver wants to get back to full guard.

Furcal works his way into full mount!

Furcal goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Gyver is on top in guard.
Furcal is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Gyver has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Furcal shoots for a double leg takedown but Gyver sprawls well. He's pushed Furcal's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Gyver throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Furcal on the side of the head.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Gyver enables Furcal to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Gyver manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Furcal takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

I would just about give that final round to Mike Furcal.
