Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brian Fox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamal Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fox comes into the arena with Cant Be Touched by Roy Jones Jr. blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson takes a swing at Fox's ribcage but misses.
Some bone on bone action there as Fox checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Jackson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Fox circles away.
Jackson goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

It looks like Brian Fox has been cut.
Jackson misses with a combination
and Fox counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Jackson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Fox defends it nicely.
Jackson throws a series of punches but Fox moves out of range.
Jackson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fox manages to avoid it.
Jamal Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jackson shoots and misses

and Fox counters with a crisp one two that drops Jackson! Fox thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Jackson to his feet! Jackson is in big trouble!

Jackson is rocked!
Brian Fox has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jamal Jackson.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Fox cracks Jackson with a left hook right on the temple and Jackson goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Fox lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Jackson is OK!
