Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Branko Eusebio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trevor Mcneil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trevor Mcneil will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Trevor Mcneil!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Ian Loll and Steve Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eusebio misses the shot to the body.
Mcneil swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A big right from Mcneil misses.
Eusebio blocks a low kick nicely.
Eusebio swats away the attempt to clinch by Mcneil.
Eusebio misses with a looping left.
Eusebio gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Mcneil.


It looks like Branko Eusebio has been cut.

Eusebio avoids the body shot from Mcneil.

Eusebio feints and as Mcneil raises his hands in defense, Eusebio changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Eusebio could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Eusebio might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Mcneil decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Eusebio cracks Mcneil with a big right hand but Mcneil just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Eusebio lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Mcneil down.

Eusebio has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Mcneil is working away from the top position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Eusebio knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mcneil on the ground.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Eusebio throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Mcneil is on top in guard.
Mcneil sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Eusebio 's guard.

Mcneil is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Mcneil tries to close the distance and clinch but Eusebio swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The fight stays on the outside here - Mcneil looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Eusebio 's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Eusebio got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mcneil has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Eusebio has managed to get both his arms back between Mcneil's legs - danger averted.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Eusebio , winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
