Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Roberval Silva!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Azevedo fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Silva manages to avoid it.

Silva looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Silva not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Azevedo wants to get back to full guard but Silva has passed into side control.
Silva has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Azevedo's face.
Azevedo is in all sorts of trouble here.
Azevedo is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Azevedo is looking to improve his position but Silva isn't that keen on the idea.
Silva lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Silva fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Azevedo is rocked!
Silva avoids the attempt from Azevedo to control.
Oh Azevedo is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Silva has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Azevedo is trying to escape the mount.
Silva controlling the position easily from mount.
Azevedo seems to have got his legs back now.
Silva wants to control the pace but Azevedo is squirming around nicely.
Silva takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Silva looking to finish Azevedo with some ground and pound. This is bad for Azevedo!
Silva tries to control but Azevedo wriggling away.
Azevedo is looking to improve his position but Silva isn't that keen on the idea.

Silva won't let Azevedo get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
BOOM! Silva connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Azevedo tries to hold on but Silva pushes him away.
Azevedo keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Silva postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Azevedo in real trouble here! The ref calls for Azevedo to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
