Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brock Lesnar!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rickson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lesnar swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Lesnar avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Rickson throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Lesnar has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Rickson is trying to keep an underhook but Lesnar manages to get the takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lesnar has control of Rickson's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Rickson regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Rickson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Despite being in the dominant position, Brock Lesnar just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Lesnar shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Rickson's guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

I've got Lesnar winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
