The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Ferro. Those never looked like landing.

Carnophage ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ferro moves away.

Ferro throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Carnophage tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Ferro is in Carnophage's guard.

Ferro looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Carnophage throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ferro takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
