Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kronos Gianpopolos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sione Finau (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gianpopolos comes to the cage accompanied by Pit Bull- Dammit Man. Finau has chosen Ninja Gaiden as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

18 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sione Finau!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Donatello Bradman and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from Finau.
Finau avoids the head kick by Gianpopolos.
Finau finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
A head kick misses from Gianpopolos.
Finau pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Gianpopolos back to the cage. Finau follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
It looks like Kronos Gianpopolos has been cut.
Gianpopolos is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gianpopolos throws a sloppy head kick and Finau moves out of range easily.
Finau looks to land a body kick but Gianpopolos moved away.
Finau scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Finau throws a big shot that misses.
Kronos Gianpopolos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gianpopolos tries to land a body kick
and Finau counters with an inside leg kick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Finau, right into the meat.
Finau lands a leg kick that knocks Gianpopolos off balance momentarily.
Finau decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Finau controlling the pace.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Finau lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Finau moves nicely into side control.
Finau stands up and we're back to a striking position.
A looping hook to the body misses from Gianpopolos. Finau does a little dance to reset his feet.
Finau scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Gianpopolos gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Kronos Gianpopolos's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Finau chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Gianpopolos takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Finau decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Finau thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Gianpopolos's head.
Finau passes the guard and advances to mount!
Gianpopolos on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Gianpopolos tries to get out of the position.
Finau has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Gianpopolos's face.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Kronos Gianpopolos's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Sione Finau!
