The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ray avoids a punch combination nicely.
Ray paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Collins throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Ray counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Collins down! Ray is looking to finish but Collins is intelligently defending himself.

Collins is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Oh Collins is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ray tries to stand but Collins is controlling from the bottom.
Collins seems to have got his legs back now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ray decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Collins throws a right and a left that both miss.
Ray pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Collins displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

It looks like Jayden Ray has been cut.
Fred Collins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ray misses with a few strikes there.
Ray scores with a jab to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Collins avoids the head kick by Ray.
Collins misses with a straight right.
Ray slips a jab from Collins.
Ray lands a nice shot that snaps Collins's head back.

It looks like Fred Collins has been cut.

Collins rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ray moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Ray fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Collins is breathing heavily.

Oooh a lovely combination from Ray sends Collins down but not out. Ray dives into side control looking to finish.
Ray throws an elbow but Collins slips to the side and avoids it well.

Ray decides to stand up, so the ref orders Collins to his feet.
Ray fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Collins to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Collins looks to clinch but Ray throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Collins taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
