Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dan Lauzon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ohad Everett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lauzon comes to the cage accompanied by Beautiful in blue. Everett has chosen Dont Monkey With Another Mans Monkey as his entrance music. Dan Lauzon has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ohad Everett!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Bruno Lombardi and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lauzon shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Everett as he jumps to the side.
Lauzon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Everett tries to avoid it but Lauzon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Everett to the ground. Everett escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Dan Lauzon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Everett has his takedown stuffed
and Lauzon counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Everett wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Lauzon really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Everett fails with the takedown
so Lauzon counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Lauzon postures up in Everett's guard and throws a big left but Everett blocks it.
Everett being controlled here, momentarily.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Lauzon won't allow Everett to sweep him here.
Everett preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Everett looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Lauzon postures up and lands a big shot to Everett's brow.

Everett is trying to control the position but Lauzon postures up.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Lauzon looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The fighters are battling for position here. Everett manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Everett manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
The referee warns Lauzon that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Everett works his way to his opponent's back.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Everett has got one arm under Lauzon's chin. This could be trouble... Lauzon trying to control the other hand but Everett gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Lauzon has tapped out! The fight is over!
