Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sgt Parrotface (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dai Hard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sgt Parrotface has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Sgt Parrotface!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Dai Hard!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Donald Grub and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hard misses with a hook.
Hard will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Parrotface changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hard looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Parrotface does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Hard looks to land a combination but Parrotface avoids it well.

Hard lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Hard misses with a looping right.
Parrotface connects with a leg kick. Hard looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Parrotface closes the distance and clinches.

Hard gets control of Parrotface's arms and successfully pulls guard. Hard will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sgt Parrotface.
I think Hard has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
