PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Poly Styrene (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keith Wayne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Styrene comes to the cage accompanied by Men at work - Land down under (Gotcha feat. Mission remix 2009). Wayne has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Keith Wayne told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wayne scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Styrene scores a takedown into full mount!
Wayne can't escape the position.
Styrene lands a nice shot to the head.

Wayne tries to reverse the position but Styrene maintains control.

Wayne is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Styrene looking to finish Wayne with some ground and pound. This is bad for Wayne!
Styrene breaks from Wayne's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Styrene wants to control the pace but Wayne is squirming around nicely.

Styrene lands a big shot there that rocks Wayne but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Wayne tries to improve his position but instead Styrene has taken his back!
Wayne is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.

Styrene working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Wayne is doing well to defend. Styrene seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Wayne is forced to tap and this one is over!
