Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Burbank Bulldog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Cartman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bulldog comes to the cage accompanied by British Bulldog. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cartman lands a jab to Bulldog's midsection.
A head kick misses from Cartman.
Bulldog lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Cartman circles away quickly and effectively.

Bulldog looking to score a takedown here. Cartman is defending well but Bulldog drives through and ends up in Cartman's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Bulldog controls from within his opponent's guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bulldog accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Cartman keeping moving, preventing Bulldog from controlling successfully.
Bulldog is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Cartman is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Cartman is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Burbank Bulldog wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Cartman misses with an attempted mid kick.

Bulldog gets the takedown into side control.

Bulldog looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Cartman is looking to get back to his feet here but Bulldog is keeping cool and he's managed to take Cartman's back.
Bulldog lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Cartman.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cartman wants to get back to his feet. He's half way up but Bulldog drags him back down with a jolt, managing to get his forearm deep under Cartman 's chin! Cartman is in real trouble! His face is turning bright red and he's forced to tap! This one is all over!
