The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Franklin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hume moves away.
Franklin cracks Hume with a good jab.
Hume uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Franklin.
Hume throws a head kick that misses
and Franklin cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like James Hume has been cut.
Hume lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Franklin looks to score with a jab to the body but Hume is just out of range.
Franklin throws a nice looking combination but Hume bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Hume tries to break the clinch but Franklin is controlling the position.

Franklin has Hume pressed against the ropes, preventing Hume from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Hume wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Franklin is trying to maintain a safe position but Hume gets an underhook and turns Franklin into the ropes.

Franklin drops Hume with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hume looks back up at him and smiles so Franklin waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Hume is rocked!
Franklin is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Hume rather than just go for the knockout.

Hume circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Franklin. Hume falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Franklin!
